Anton Nemirovich

Brand Chef and Co-Owner of Le Gosse

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Anton trained at the legendary Mugaritz in San Sebastián. He’s the mind behind our culinary concept – constantly experimenting, surprising, and searching for new flavours.

Marek Łoboda

Chef de Cuisine

For 24 years in the kitchen – “from kebab to two Michelin stars”. He considers his work with Kai Schneller and Carsten Müller at the Silberdistel restaurant, awarded a Michelin star, to be his most important adventure.

His cuisine is a blend of passion for the product, French precision, and attention to every detail – all in harmony with the rhythm of nature.
