What is Le Gosse Restaurant?

The name of the restaurant Le Gosse is a little joke of the founders. Although it resembles a “goose”, in French Le Gosse [le gos] means “fashionable, fancy man”.

Interior Design

We love to see our Guests in beautiful surroundings and it gives us pleasure when Guests take pictures of them. We are #instafriendly.

The interior of Le Gosse restaurant is a unique combination of different modern styles. There are elements of loft, country and modernism. The design was developed by Vera Prokhorova.

You will find:

  • sparkling warm fireplaces;
  • bricked wall;
  • floor elements with historic stone pavers;
  • a pre-dining area – an outdoor kitchen area behind the counter where you can watch the Chef at work;
  • an opening glass roof, which allows for an unforgettable dinner under the starry sky.

Wine List

Le Gosse is a restaurant where the guest and their experience come first. Both the interior, the menu and the service are thoughtfully designed, and together they build a complementary experience. We took the same approach to creating a wine list that fits the concept and draws from three streams: solidly crafted classics, low-intervention wines and niche regional producers, including those from Poland.
Jan Andrzejewski, Sommelier
Le Gosse is a modern city restaurant, so we aimed to create a cosmopolitan wine list with a subtle French accent. The list is structured using a classic navigation of wine categories, which is convenient and familiar to our Guests. However, we’ve carefully maintained a diverse matrix of wine styles, so that each dish, every flavor, and even any mood will find its perfect match. From impeccable classics to new wave winemakers, from delicate sparkling wines to mature, complex reds. All you have to do is open this world!
