We are delighted to announce that Le Gosse Wroclaw participated in the fall edition of Breakfast Week 2024, a festival celebrating morning flavors and exceptional breakfasts. It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase original dishes that transported our Guests straight to the heart of French cuisine.
Dishes Served
Menu A – Vegetarian
Crepe Suzette with ice cream

Thin, delicate crepes soaked in a fragrant orange sauce and flambéed with French cognac. Served with velvety ice cream, this dish created an elegant and unique breakfast inspired by the sunny atmosphere of France.
Each bite was a true feast for the senses.
Menu B – Meat
Poached eggs with beef tongue and dried ox heart

Breakfast served on delicate French brioche.
- Beef tongue slow-cooked for 1.5 hours with wine, herbes de Provence, and lemon, resulting in a deep, rich flavor.
- Two poached eggs, served with creamy hollandaise sauce and French mustard.
- The dish was topped with grated dried ox heart for a distinct flavor and crispy kale chips, reminiscent of autumn leaves.
