Dish Highlights:
Goose in Wine – inspired by the Napoleonic era, this goose is marinated in red wine for 24 hours, then slow-cooked with vegetables and herbs for a rich, concentrated sauce. Served with French potatoes and fresh herbs. For larger groups, we serve it in a traditional clay pot.
Lyonnaise Salad – a savoury blend of bacon, matjas herring, white mold sausage, croutons, French potatoes, egg, pickled red onions, and fresh lettuce. We’ve added Norwegian herring matjas for an extra burst of flavor.
Beaujolais Meat Platter – two types of French sausage, blue cheese, and caramelized walnuts – a delight for the senses.


What is the best way to order – portions or large plates?
Large plates together weigh about 4 kg, ideal for a large group of 4-6 people, but all dishes can also be ordered as individual portions to suit everyone’s taste. For this occasion, our dishes are served in a rustic, authentic style – the perfect way to savor the warmth and comfort of homemade French cuisine.
