Since May 2nd, a new seasonal à la carte menu has been available at Le Gosse in Wrocław. We’ve focused on ingredients at their peak — fresh vegetables, herbs and strawberries. You’ll find dishes like asparagus, gazpacho, and a refreshing strawberry soup for dessert.
Our signature French starters — frog legs and snails — remain on the menu, but we’ve added bold, new items like beef marrow bones with smoked salt – grilled until golden and crispy, served with wholegrain toast and fresh chimichurri.

Among other flavour-packed starters, try the roast beef with tuna sauce – our take on vitello tonnato, with pickled shallots, capers and aromatic oil.

The tuna tartare with avocado and ponzu is all about freshness – topped with black caviar, quail yolk, and seasoned with citrusy ponzu and a hint of hondashi.

The chicken liver parfait is a creamy favourite, served with onion marmalade, cherry sauce, French mustard, pickled cucumber and brioche.

For fans of French classics with a twist, we recommend our Paris-style beef tartare with anchovies, crispy onions and béarnaise, served on fitness bread.

You can also enjoy burrata with tomatoes and pickled plum – a dish that balances sweetness, saltiness, and herbal depth thanks to anchovies and tkemali sauce.

From the warm starters section, don’t miss the scallops with corn cream – served with bacon, spinach, asparagus and a seed mix. A dish that perfectly reflects the light summer character of Le Gosse’s cuisine.

Main Courses
We’ve refreshed our fish and meat dishes with lighter, summer-inspired additions.
One of the season’s highlights is the Tuna à la Niçoise – a juicy medium-rare tuna steak served with Parisian potatoes, Kalamata olives, anchovies, grilled romaine lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper and sautéed onions. A French classic, reimagined for warm days.

Also worth trying is our Filet Mignon with potato purée and seasonal vegetables – sous-vide beef tenderloin, served with creamy mashed potatoes, broccolini, asparagus, sugar snap peas, spinach and rich demi-glace. Finished with a touch of smoked salt.

For those who love bold flavours, we offer Beef tongue with mushrooms and purée – tender pan-seared tongue with seasonal mushrooms, green peas, spinach and our house-made BBQ sauce.

Another hearty option is the Bourguignon-style beef ribs – slow-cooked in rich ragout with mushrooms, young carrots, shallots and bacon, served with Parisian potatoes and fresh chives. A rustic French dish with a modern seasonal touch – ideal as a comfort dinner at Le Gosse.
