We warmly invite all lovers of refined cuisine to an unforgettable evening full of culinary discoveries. For the first time in Wrocław, Le Gosse Restaurant has the honor of hosting two outstanding experts of world gastronomy: Diego Prado and Esther Merino.

Meet Our Guest Chefs

Diego Prado (Chile) is a Сhef and researcher known for his innovative approach to gastronomy. For over three years, he led the Research and Development department at Alchemist, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. His work emphasizes sustainability, creativity, and the exploration of unconventional ingredients, including wild edible plants and insects.

Diego Prado (Chile) Chef and researcher

Esther Merino (Spain), graduated in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from the Basque Culinary Center, specializing in avant-garde cuisine. She has held various positions in renowned restaurants such as Noma and Alchemist in Copenhagen. Esther combines anthropology with a scientific approach in her work, leading to unique and extraordinary flavor compositions.

An Evening to Remember

The evening of April 24 at Le Gosse is a journey through seven courses of modern cuisine, where tradition meets innovation. The menu has been carefully composed by Diego and Esther to surprise and delight the most demanding gourmets. Each course will be a unique combination of local products from Lower Silesia with original culinary techniques, stimulating all the senses. Diego Prado plans to visit local markets in Wrocław to explore regional products and incorporate them into his menu.
