What’s on our tasting menu?
Foie Gras Pâté
Served with Weingut Allram – Riesling Kamptal, Austria, 2023. This pairing is built on contrasts and harmony. The wine’s pronounced acidity balances the rich, buttery flavor of the foie gras, while notes of ripe citrus, bergamot, and propolis add an intriguing contrast.


Padron Peppers with Béarnaise Sauce
Pan-fried with Maldon salt and served with a signature sauce made from egg yolks, Beurre Noisette, reduced white wine, and tarragon. Paired with Bodega Cerrón – Remordimiento Chardonnay, Jumilla, Spain, 2023. This wine highlights the green pyrazine notes of the peppers while maintaining an ideal texture and weight.


Frog Legs
A French classic, sautéed in butter with white wine, garlic, and herbs, served with bread. Barrel-aged dry wine Dom Charbielin – Seyval Blanc, Opole, Poland, accompanies the dish with its refreshing citrus notes and buttery roundness.


Beef Tongue with Truffle BBQ, Green Peas, and Crispy Oyster Mushrooms
Tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef tongue in an aromatic truffle sauce, complemented by creamy leeks, crispy oyster mushrooms, and the freshness of green peas. Paired with Chiara Condello – Predappio, Romania, Sangiovese, Italy, 2020, its multi-layered structure and intensity perfectly highlight the complexity of this dish.


Apple Tarte Tatin with Chantilly Cream
A French dessert of caramelized apples on a buttery crust, served with Chantilly cream. Paired with Saint Luc XVIII – Colombard, Gros Manseng, Gascogne, Francja 2022, a late-harvest semi-sweet wine whose fruity richness beautifully complements the caramelized apples.
