Foodies, it’s time for a culinary adventure. Poland’s biggest restaurant festival is back, and we’re excited to be part of it once again.
From March 4 to April 17, we invite our Guests to discover a brand-new tasting menu created by our Chef for Restaurant Week Polska. It’s a great chance to discover Le Gosse and enjoy our cuisine at a special festival price starting from 69.99 PLN.
Our festival menu:
Set A (Meat)

Tonnato with beef tongue – beef tongue, Tonnato sauce, marinated tomatoes, charred roasted shallot, pickled grapes.

Pork belly with five spices – pork belly, potato gratin, demi-glace sauce, seasonal vegetables, an aromatic blend of five spices: cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, coriander.

Lemon-lime tart with meringue – crisp pastry with citrus cream, topped with fluffy meringue.

Set B (Vegan)

Seasonal vegetables with hummus and tortilla – crispy seasonal vegetables served with velvety hummus and fresh tortilla.

Leek cream hot dog – vegan brioche with guacamole, confit leek, barbecue sauce, garlic aglio e olio, and truffle mayo.

Pear in white wine – delicate pear in aromatic white wine, served with crumble and Chantilly cream.
