At Le Gosse, we are passionate about sharing the beauty of French cuisine with our Guests. This February, we invite our you to embark on an extraordinary culinary journey – the Black Truffle Festival, lasting throughout the entire month.

The black truffle, often called the «black diamond», is a true treasure of nature, symbolizing luxury and sophistication. Its unique aroma, combined with the creative interpretations of our Chef de Cuisine Nikita Molodtsov, creates dishes that leave a lasting impression. Each dish tells the story of France, one plate at a time.

Festival Menu with Black Truffles

Each dish is finished with freshly grated black truffles.

Venison Tartare

A signature creation with Polish venison, cured in spices, cognac, and olive oil. Served on buttery brioche, finished with cognac-infused wood smoke and grated truffles.

Velouté de Truffes noires V.G.E.

A legendary French dish created by Paul Bocuse for President Valéry Giscard d’Estaing. A rich soup made from chicken stock, vegetables, foie gras, and black truffles, baked under a delicate puff pastry crust.

Quail with Soft-Shell Crab

A reinterpretation of the classic Surf and Turf by our Chef de Cuisine. Tender quail stuffed with chicken mousse, foie gras, and black truffles, accompanied by crispy crab, celery purée, and grapes. Served with a truffle-infused demi-glace sauce.
